Our Story

About Marly — The Story Behind Breeder Blueprint

I didn't set out to build a million-dollar breeding program. I set out to do things right, and to heal hearts.

My love for miniature schnauzers spans more than twenty five years — but it wasn't until I lost my beloved schnauzer Phoebe to the consequences of careless breeding that I understood what was truly at stake. That loss became the foundation of Duke's Schnauzers, a small intentional program built on one non-negotiable: with one non-negotiable: that every decision would be made with our dog's and puppies health and well-being first.

Before I was a breeder, I was a NICU Registered Nurse specializing in critical care and newborn resuscitation. That background shapes everything I do — from hands-on whelping to neonatal care and our daily based curriculum. No corner is ever cut.

What I didn't expect was what happened next. By doing things the right way, Duke's Schnauzers became a seven-figure program with a national waitlist and a reputation built entirely on standards — not shortcuts.

Breeder Blueprint exists because I kept meeting breeders doing all the right things and still struggling. Undercharging. Burning out. Running programs on instinct instead of proven systems.

If you believe ethical breeding and financial success are the same goal — you're exactly who Breeder Blueprint was built for.
